chore: update release artifact names #76

Do we intend to include Linux-x86_64 and Darwin-x86_64 files in previous Motoko releases? Otherwise, we might want to continue using the original names for earlier compiler versions.

We considered this, but as we're supposed to be dropping support for vessel over time, we decided against it.

Also v0.7.0 is basically the same as v0.6.5 in terms of features. There are a few moc releases that provide both namings, otherwise we should just suggest to update vessel only if they need a new-ish moc. I.e. when the next dfx launches.
