This PR updates ICRC-25 with the following changes:

Remove wildcard scope
Make sessions optional
Make user-interaction optional on icrc25_request_permissions when prompting the user on every invocation of extension methods
Fix typo in sequence diagram of icrc25_supported_standards
Adjust examples to #170
