This specification describes a ledger extension for the ICRC-25 Wallet Interaction Standard.

I've updated the spec based on feedback, list of changes:

Scoped spec to ICRC-1 ledger standard
Defined requirement of the default subaccount to be explicitly returned when available
Defined extensions of the spec
- Other ledger standards
- Other fields within icrc1_ledger field

It's been a while but hoping to get back on track with the developments within the working group :D

I've updated this PR to align it with ICRC-25 and based it on the ICRC-31 spec format.

Could you also in this PR change the link to the document in the top-level readme file? Otherwise the link will still point to the PR after merging instead of the actual file.
