Fixes #24

Failing Test

First starting this PR without fixing the issue, but containing the new tests, so we can get an AppVeyor run that shows the failure (if only as a record): https://ci.appveyor.com/project/dfinke/nameit/builds/24111174

Fix

Going back to building the path in the default value of the parameter, and the manifest value becomes a relative path.
