Describe the bug

I'm trying to create a report template, but some of the tags don't work. I was wondering if there was any way I could solve this problem, or where I could edit it to make it work.

This tag case.opened_by: User that initially opened the case, doesn't work. I tested opened_by, owner, case_id , and classification, and they didn't work either.

How can I fix that?

Hi...

asset.compromised doesn't work.
