This one should be really simple, because it's just about a little text reminder for creators of bounties. I thought of it when Michael L brought up a point: "What if I do a crappy job?" Creating a bounty is effectively writing a contract. All you need to do is say that - something like "Remember, you're writing a contract: you will only get what you really want if you carefully spell out your specifications, how good a job you want. Also remember, there are always three aspects: good, fast, and cheap. We're probably not paying each other, so that only leaves good or fast, because no one can provide all three."
