Where do I start with Attacker/Threat Intelligence? #2

Hi,

this is a request for an article about "Threat Intelligence" or perhaps "Attacker Intelligence". Beside the OSINT where do i find sources for Attacker Groups, their TTPs and so on? What are my first steps?
