Public port keeps changing in PortMapper. #42

This isn't a major problem, I just find it inconvenient that it keeps changing. 
I am running a part-time server from my laptop (which handles it fine), but I 
have to give out the port change every time I want my friends to join.
This may not even be a problem with the program, just with my router perhaps. I 
have a 7.5.2 Time Capsule.
