This fixes the JSF frontend for current versions of Mozilla Firefox.
The big change is the de-capitalization of XML3Ds activeView (now activeview). This is due to XHTML requiring lowercase attributes. XML3D proper has followed up on that in their releases, but since the JSF frontend is based on an old fork, we just modify our XML3D even further.
Other than that, there's a minor fix concerning the Examine controls, and a fix for dragging into the scene.
