I've gone through and tweaked most of the figures the way that I like them to look :grinning:. The figures inference1.eps and inference2.eps will need to be rerun by you because I don't have the samples that go into generating those plots. Also, the code for generating sex_inference.eps wasn't in the repository so I didn't tweak but it would probably be nice to tweak it to match the scatter plots in inference*.eps.
