Release new stable version that supports cells containing cell magic #3

The current release in both git tag and PyPI is v0.2.0, which is the same as the stable branch, and one commit behind master/main.

The extra commit on the master/main branches supports cells which contain cell magic.

It would be great to have a stable release which includes this feature.
