Astrometry.net has exoplanet code in python in the inclination project, and also the time-domain project. Probably we should figure out how to migrate that in. The inclination code includes (fairly fast) solution of the Kepler equation and all the analytic solutions to the position and velocity and so on in the Kepler problem.
I just migrated in the hierarchical inference for eccentricities code, so I am going to close this, but there is lots of other stuff lying around. I just don't think it is an "issue" any more.
