Calibrate/de-emphasize/ignore minor contributions? #103

Test case here. The user has at most one contribution to several of the repos listed after them being "most actively contributing to the repositories".

Some fuzzying of "most actively" might help convey a more accurate idea of the extent of those contributions maybe?
