Changed username, can't opt-out #105

Changed my github username in the past from renfredh04 to renfredxh and now I can't opt out of it because it won't let me verify as "renfredH04". I'd like the old profile to be deleted so I can set it up with my new username

Same as renfredxh. I changed my username from W1M0 to W1M0R, and now I can't opt-out W1M0.
