Giving feedback as it was asked for during opting out :)

I suggest it's not a safe assumption that everyone in github is a developer.

"abssorb is a trend setting JavaScripter who spends a lot of time commenting on issues between pushes. abssorb is an early-week worker who works best in the wee hours (around 1 am).

abssorb's developer personality is very similar to kogmbh-ci's but kogmbh-ci speaks more languages. "

My developer personality?? I'm not a dev ;) I'm certainly not a JavaScripter. I've opted out, but maybe the page could use more generic terms than "developer", as it's untrue in my case and probably several others.

OSRC is very much about developer profiles. I think it is not necessary to use a broader term (if one even exists). Also, most non-developer accounts will not even use OSRC.

Re "non-developer accounts will not even use OSRC."

This implies choice. I wasn't offered one, and perhaps I'm misunderstanding. I don't remember signing up for OSRC. I only found it by mistake by googling my username (for a different reason) and the profile for my username came up.
