Report card showing deleted repos #67

Upon generating my report card: http://osrc.dfm.io/amhed

I saw that the repo amhed/azureoid came up, but that repo was deleted a couple of months ago. We need to check for that

I can't think of a good way to do this, unfortunately! Every check would be a call to the API because I don't keep a local copy of all of GitHub's database and I'm hitting my API limits already. Any suggestions?

Let me sleep on it (and actually take a look at the code to see if I come up with something :hamster: )
