Shouldnt all 2-min cadence TOIs have SPOC parameter estimates? #237

The ExoFOP TOI list has a column with "Source", that specifies the pipeline used to generate the parameter estimates provided. There are quite a few of these:

However I think these boil down to:

The TESS Prime paper mentions that if a TOI has been fit with both QLP + SPOC, the SPOC estimate is preferred (as it uses 2-min cadence data)

However, we see that: Sources for TOIs with 2-min cadence data: {'qlp': 1277, 'spoc': 1749}

Shouldnt all the TOIs with 2-min cadence data have source params from SPOC?

Na Dan suggested that makes sense -- QLP may have just found some that were not considered planet candidates by SPOC. However, SPOC did manage to make lightcurves for these.
