[x] have the data steward provide an updated dataset
[x] have the data steward update the metadata record and re-certify
[x] un-submit the record from open data and have CDOS update the data file (and WMS if needed)
[x] update the metadata record on FGP
[x] Re-publish the metadata on FGP/EDH

Pablo forgot to certify and the record is missing a point of contact. I sent him an email about this.

Otherwise, we should be good to go. New dataset and WMS data files have been uploaded as storage files

Flag to Shane for IMTS services. Updated FGP record with updates. Waiting for IMTS to reach out so I can provide them with the new CSV files. URLs links stay the same.

Update - Yuriko has pointed out that year 2003 and 2021 are missing from the dataset. Validated this with Pablo (April 5, 2023) He will take a look and provide me with a new dataset has been udpated.

Maybe I am missing something but why are only a few years being shown in the WMS?
