[ ] obtain dataset from data steward
[ ] creation of map / dataset to be used for WMS (data steward and/or CADI)
[ ] submit for level 1 review
[ ] releast criteria checklist
[ ] submit for publication
[ ] complete review of metadata record for compliancy

*this is a 3 year CSRF project that ends in 2024-25. Publication of dataset is expected by end of 2025-26.
