sdmTMB/Autumn RV: fix the flow/create separate projects by data set

• • Separate in a new script the biomass change through time of each species.
• Test Model general script have to create many script by idea tested.

These previous objective have been done already, but I am in separating the best models script by species to be able to test the first and second run of best model results. see CADI #116 today's note

I'm now separating by subject last scripts producing mainly figures about: co occurence spatially in biomass/probability, conditional effect of depth (biomass by depth) etc. The result will show every subjects.

Separate the project in two projects: One ( main: importing data, creating the grid, exploring models, explaining how models works by subject selecting models

Two ( 0/main:

• select a species for doing task per species, or two or more species for doing the comparative task
• select the data set you want to use (me: RV autumn survey)
• selecting the grid you want to use (me: 2by2km Cod grid)
• select the best models in a storing object which store the equation of the best models by species (?) 1: creating a tiny working space per species which create and produce the best model results. 2: produce the working predicting file with the 2 or more species to compare 3: calculating co occurrence (biomass and binomial) 4: producing figures (occurrence and co occurrence)
