- scaled the probability of occurence on max probability
to make a probability of occurence scaled the biomass on max biomass

problems with negative estimate value of biomass in producing probability with biomass/max(biomass). I remove observation (fix the value to 0) that are less than one million time max(biomass), for now. See RV_07.0. model_cooccurence.R

I have finished a workflow to do for all 6 species, including:

summary plot,
prediction data set,
cooccurance plot,
visreg model, dataset and plots I will have to wash it and run it once for all.
