Review the best models with the new data sets.

Testing parts (exploration and test 1 to 4) done for ghalibut, halibut, witch and winter flounder. Seems that some species cannot be test with the coarse mesh, so fine mesh "best" models run will have to be done more than one time. Maybe a finer mesh will have to be test to.

Predicted data for Cooccurance and visreg model for Conditionnal effects have been runned for ghalibut, cod, redfish and witch flounder. I have to run other models for winter flounder and Atl halibut.

All done except for Atl halibut for which I have to separate the adult from juvenile, so to return on data sets and merge the sets with the data. Jolene's summary table is completed. (Z:\FishFramSci\SuttonJolene\sdmTMB\TOP_MODELS.xlsx)
