I have read all comments from CL and I have added them in the OneDrive version. I'm in her comments right now, I try to apply all her recommendations. I think it is also required to add precision in the objective, because she added an objective to our work but I am not sure I will be able to answer it...

The reviewer files are on GitHub repository, the word version on OneDrive. The version of the word on GitHub is just a copy.

The word document that lists and responds to comments is created. I have added all the comments by CL and I'm in finalizing the addition of the comment of KE.
