sdmTMB/Cod ResDoc: CoOccurence and Conditionnal depth effect

• Find closed areas for each species : Redfish (r), Greenland Halibut (gh), witch flounder (wf), winter flounder (wtf), Atl. halibut (h).

• Run predictions, with the nd grid and the chosen models to create the dataset for all species including cod

• Create Summary plots, all species

• Create CoOccurence plots, all species (bin years)

• Run visreg Conditionnal effect of depth models, all species (whole years and by year models)

• Create Conditional effect of depth plots, all species (all years and bin years)

• Keep in mind the possibility to use by year or binyear results

All done exept for Atl halibut. Trying to run a visreg with breaks at each Jolene's binyear.
