[x] have the data steward provide an updated dataset
[x] have the data steward update the metadata record and re-certify
[ ] un-submit the record from open data and have CDOS update the data file (and WMS if needed)
[ ] update the metadata record on FGP
[ ] Re-publish the metadata on FGP/EDH

Waiting on Denis to provide a revised dataset that will include all years 2019-2022. Data dictionary has been updated. WMS will need to be updated as well. David working on script to replace points with lines

Received revised dataset. David to update WMS file. Confirmed with Shane that new RCC is not required for this update. IT has been notified that we have an update. Will provide dictionary, dataset and WMS files for update once contacted.
