[x] Define core technical competencies for everyone on the team and post in OneNote
[x] Identify and distribute role specific technical competencies for each staff member to specialize in. Ie. Purview, Power BI, EDH, Data Pipelining, Data Storage

@ShaorongDFO @stfinnis @AnnaD-M I added a table in the DSU Team Charter which begins to outline different technology platforms each of us have taken the lead on, have a look and feel free to add to that or discuss.

I also added a 'Learning Plan' section to each of your personal 'Lists' in our OneNote and added a few things I know you've already done, or things we can discuss. Feel free to add to that as well and eventually we can transition that all to your PMA,
