So far to be considered, projects need:

1 page summary of business outcomes
Data Trustee, Data Steward, Data Custodian Identified
Some aspect of capacity building
Relatively high Impact, Confidence and Ease score
Data projects are regionally prioritized by PSSI Science coordination group
