Idea for basic read-only view: Add column to existing Name Data Asset dataverse table in power apps to document the Project ID for salmon project in the Project Planning Tool. Could also add URL of project title to link to DM apps for internal use. Get scheduled backup/export of the dataverse table from SharePoint. How to get scheduled export of DM apps table? Use power automate or power flow to establish join and then export as a flat table. Investigate which platform could be used to show a read-only view of this to the public and avoid the need for licensing. Could be a public facing Power BI Report.

He may be a good resource for accessing the DMApps API, which will be useful for the SPSR as well.
