Implement Issue #45

Added a test case where browser=None, and assert that the files are downloaded nevertheless
- Documented how to run the test in the README.md file
Added a github action to run the test on every commit.
- The successful test run can be checked under: https://github.com/tomasruizt/pyktok/actions
Added a basic .gitginore file
I added the dependencies needed for the test to the pyproject.toml file.
