Cant run install.bat #26

'py' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Press any key to continue . . . It show this error i have installed everything on requirements.txt Pls help me : (

actually i solved it by opening install.bat and launch.bat in notepad and renaming py to python3.8 then on launching it worked!!!!!!!!
