Combined AWAY state on home #5

Instead of an OR- group with all mobile devices, the home could have a HOME/AWAY state.

Implementation note: The home could get the combined state of all mobile devices and push the update to mobiledevice things, if existing. The refresh interval could be the minimum of all mobiledevice refresh intervals.

Not going to be implemented as of now. Individual mobile devices are more flexible and multiple user groups can be defined
