function for min number of teams #13

It would be nice to be able to add a constraint for minimum number of teams in a generic lineup. I've been working on some integer programming problems myself and can't quite figure out that constraint. Is this something you're capable of implementing?

Hi @jasbner. I think is something that I can implement - but I'm open to any suggestions. I'll try and work on that soon.
