Support GCA format #15

We could add support for the GCA/GCS probabilistic atlas format, see https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GcaFormat

We have support for GCS now, but not all information is read from it yet. Documentation on the formats is very sparse. I am closing this now. See read.fs.gca if you want to try it. Feel free to re-open if you need more than what is supported right now.
