1 year ago As already wrote, I cannot give individual support. The software is free and „as it“. It runs already on many computers, partly 7/24 (which is not recommended).
The Helper reads the windows by Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C into the buffer and analysis the messages. Also the color of single pixels is read to determine the priority. The position and color of the buttons is also important. It works with the default installation predefined size and colors of JTDX. Also a “ususal” Windows installation is required using the standard window-manager. It already works on several Windwos-11 computers. According the screenshot, you sent me, I am sure that something is “not standard”. What exactly, I cannot say. This is a real disadvantage of my solution approach using macros. Try to use MSHV or WSJT-Z they do not have this (but may have other) disadvantages.

I don't understand why JTHElper is not replying properly to the station called.
Is there something wrong somewhere on my config?
How JTHelper is fetching data to know which macro to send?
