Add ARM version to OpenVPN #575

Good time of the day,

the installation of OpenVPN fails on ARM processors. There is a msi file for ARM on the community page https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/ Please add it to the installation script.

At this stage it is not possible to provide support for the ARM architecture. Enhancements to the core for ARM support are required before packages can be updated - https://github.com/chocolatey/choco/issues/1803.
