Review LONI parser (2) #92

After meeting today with LONI developers, the parser might be better if for the modules it picked the executable location of the component rather.

I have been exploring the workflows and it is weird. Some components will use the location ofr refering to the components, but some others just use generic paths like pipeline://cranium.loni.usc.edu/java. Maybe I can associate it to the package as well?

The name is ok, but right now I might not be generating all the possible fragments. For example, reorient and reorient8bit have the same execution location and package. Are they the same?

For the moment I will stick to the name. The parser can be updated in the future.
