Warning when creating maven build #584

I have seen the following message:

Some problems were encountered while building the effective model for es.oeg:widoco:jar:1.4.17
Warning:  'build.plugins.plugin.version' for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin is missing. @ line 126, column 12

We should add the missing version to avoid future problems
