isDefinedBy not being properly recognized #587

Describe the bug For some reason, some values from isDefinedBy are not being properly recognized in the attached ontology. Instead, they are replaced by the ontology URI! ecfo.txt

This must be due to the fact that they have to be declared as individuals, not literals. However, it is unclear why the literal is replaced by the original ontology URI.
