Show extended ontologies #601

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It should be possible to declare in the metadata which ontologies are extended, so they are shown in the doc. Extended ontologies are those that are not imported, but some of their classes are extended. Maybe we can even propose this automatically by looking at those classes/properties being extended by the current onto.

Right now this is added through a metadata property (voaf:extends), so the issue (for now) is addressed.
