This initial commit does the following changes (issues in parenthesis):

• Name is expanded and documented in table and guides (614).
• DateRelease and dateModified overlap (fixed) (614)
• Support for http and https in schema.org properties (before only https). This is to prevent potential errors.
• Fixed Licensius (607)
• Change JSON-LD to before than HTML so we can play in the JSON-LD playground
• Support for extended ontologies added from the ontology metadata (with voaf:extends) (614)
• Separated abstract from description. Used ontology description for the description section (544)
• Imported ontologies have been added to the documentation table (614)
• skos:editorialNote (592)
