Broken links on the "best practices" page #694

On the "best practices" page [1] you have 3.1.2 Prefix section recommending to use vann:preferredNamespacePrefix.

The URI behind vann:preferredNamespacePrefix [2] is not dereferenceable now and throws "This vocab.org page can’t be found" error when clicking.

This is probably because VANN has moved. On their page [3] they have now other URI [4] for vann:preferredNamespacePrefix.

Maybe you could also replace [2] with [4] at [1].

maybe this also could help with improvement of documentation of Widoco on switching between versions of VANN vocabularies

this is the only downloadable link of current version of VANN vocabulary with new URI-s https://github.com/wouterbeek/vann

This the only working link to the previous version of VANN vocabulary with old URI-s https://web.archive.org/web/20050220113454/https://vocab.org/vann/vann-vocab-20040305

@larisa1995 I have been digging, and in the best practices, the correct link is used: http://purl.org/vocab/vann/preferredNamespaceUri and http://purl.org/vocab/vann/preferredNamespacePrefix respectively. I appreciate the links to the downloadable resource. Will include them in the best practices.

I wonder who controls the purl.org URL, it would be great to add content negotiation there.

You might also replace [1] by [2] at "However, one of WIDOCO's users contributed a new stylem used in the BNE ontology."

Because [1] throws "error 404 UPS! página no encontrada, pero no estás perdido"

As well as "stylem" by "style".

Regarding broken dereferencing of VANN I have also connected the presumable owner of https://vocab.org/vann/ i.e. Creator of VANN Ian Davis by email given on his personal website http://iandavis.com/id/me 5 days ago. No answer came yet.
