Describe the bug Ontology cannot be generated for https://github.com/ahmad88me/PAC2_Ex2_test/blob/main/PAC2_EX2_RDF.rdf

After some digging, this is caused by https://github.com/dgarijo/Widoco/pull/664/files, additional checks should be added
