HobbyWing Platinum V5 telemetry support? #117

Hello,

Has anyone tried msrc (or any other way, really) to get telemetry from HobbyWing Platinum Pro V5 ESC?

msrc says it supports V5 FlyFun telemetry format, but I'm not sure if this is the same format as V5 Platinum or not. I understand that the offsets / calibration coefficients could be different on the "Platinum" hardware, just wondering if perhaps the telemetry message format (bits) is the same. Sadly I couldn't find any information about Platinum V5 telemetry on the internet, and so far I couldn't get an answer from HobbyWing either.

I'm trying to figure out if I can read this ESC's telemetry from an arduino. I've done this before for APD ESCs, but they actually have documentation for their telemetry data format, whereas with HW I'm rather lost.

The protocol is the same. You only need to adjust coefficients.
