Teensy 3.2 Castle / Smartport #37

Hello, on teensy 3.2 (master branch) after enabling Castle Smartport isn't working anymore, and for example the current sensor activated before is also lost.. So you also can't change it back via lua script.

Fixed with 39ba8123168d3e08fc6cf919733b639f03c24782

Note that the correct pin is 2 instead of 22. See connections
