CLI runtimes need scripts to download the datasets (Snellius, Google Drive)

I have a suggestion regarding this; @dgcnz would it be smarter to split the notebooks into parts, so that the downloading happens in like a "setup.ipynb"? Also, should I help implementing the downloaders? Cuz I wanna start getting them all done

Yes, the example.ipynb should only be used as a reference to know how to run/load stuff. You can create any notebook in notebooks/ and if you need a downloader you can do that too :D
