Try making turtle pringles vs. blockade #37

It has come to my attention that actually ramming all of the ships into the closest shipyard, and letting them destroy each other, as opposed to moving them out of the way somewhere, may actually be more profitable in the long run. I guess the drop is made before the ships collide. So I'm going to have to take a bit and build a version of the bot utilizing this as the primary end-game strategy, run it up against the blockade enabled bot (once that is working [see issue #29]), and see which one tends to score better for a good trial of games.

Making turtle pringles after the first few turtles have been sent out to blockade each of the other shipyards would be a better combination of these two features instead of just one or the other.

See also #39, and the information available at why people are destroying ships over the shipyard at the end of the game for more on how to do this in the most efficient and high scoring way possible.

Actually, I've not seen the scuttle to get to any of the enemy shipyards causing actual pileups or any sort of other difficulty in increasing the score, really. Well, maybe a few pawn formations here and there, but nothing that's causing a drastic score change, I don't think. I'm going to close this issue, as it shouldn't affect things either way, and just leave a note here that #33 is still open and needs to be worked on, despite having it working at one point in the code previously. :|
