Can't locate Data/Alias.pm when running tests on FreeBSD #5

Only for t/app/rssfilter/group/group.t , only for perl 5.16.0 on FreeBSD 9.1-release

ah, Method::Signatures has updated to make Data::Alias optional in https://github.com/schwern/method-signatures/commit/98a75367ecbd13a39c108e5d81401fb7e1128147, and that change went out in version 20131010
