Support DNA targeting agents in Interaction types (vs targeting Gene Products) #443

As research upon agents that target DNA sequences progress, there is possibility for confusion for users on whether the notion of drug-gene interactions refers to an interaction between a drug and a gene product or a drug and the DNA directly.

@mcannon068nw do we have the data for this already in our dump or would we need to add this logic for this distinction when importing data?
