Provenance for use of specific gene/therapy normalizer releases #491

We track the versioning of individual data sources used by the groupers, but we don't retain any information about the versioning of the grouper libraries themselves (i.e. which gene normalizer and thera_py release was used). Maybe it would be nice to store this in some meta info table somewhere whenever a grouping is run.
