Missing packages here: cuted.sty, eqparbox.sty, xstring.sty, tocbasic.sty, datetime2.sty, stackengine.sty, xpatch.sty

Combined with a raw interpretation of a locally included tabularray.sty (in a LaTeX 3 context), an infinite loop lead to 100 errors, terminating conversion.

The article now produces some HTML, but a long way remains to fully supported:
